Front Line Manager
We are currently recruiting for several Front Line Manager positions on behalf of our client – a prestigious manufacturer of luxury vehicles for the leisure industry, with ambitious plans to significantly expand capacity at their base in Worcestershire.
As a consequence, a number of vacancies exist for Front Line Managers, and successful candidates joining the business at such a progressive period will have an exceptional opportunity to develop and progress within the company.
This is a Permanent role, with a generous salary package to be negotiated based upon your present level of experience (circa £28,000 – £35,000 p/a).
Working hours are up to 50 per week, from Monday to Friday, starting from 07.30am.
We are looking for ambitious, up-and-coming candidates with proven experience of working within modern manufacturing facilities, and developing cultures of continuous improvement. You must be a self-motivated leader, with experience of ERP systems and how they interact/support modern manufacturing techniques. Experience of managing small teams of staff in complex, large-scale and/or mixed-model assembly lines, particularly automotive, would also be highly beneficial, and candidates must be independent and resilient enough to cope with a dynamic and varied production environment.
Responsibilities could include a number of Assembly Line stages or a defined area within the internal supply chain. The successful candidate/s will have accountability to control the quality, cost, delivery, people, and safety of all activities within their area of responsibility and report performance through defined and targeted measures. You will have a duty to demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work within teams across departments.
